     Running, it’s not.

The screen, before forceShutDown. My sentiment, exactly.

Why not.

Just playing around, further down the road; messing with a more flat and analogue, “ink-y” look. The movement is (can be) more expansive and the camera is better now but it requires too much of my attention. Not quite happy yet. Video here

A quick ‘n dirty sketch for now, as it needs more things to happen while I already have insufficient hands to control it nicely, but I am already obsessing about doing this with an orchestra and motion tracking the conductor. That’s only a wish, sadly. Anyone in charge reading this?

on the road map:
• a better, more organic “analog” camera. It can pivot around the POI, but I am not happy with that so far, especially when
• the underlying movement is only along X when it really should conquer all of the 3d space
• audioIn? Would be nice to write volumes into the tubes but that opens a couple of cans of worms.
• what now is a flat shaded sphere needs lighting and texture.

Saw a thing on 500 Experiments for Chrome which I thought would be nice to recreate in VVVV. This is from way later and beyond when the process of recreation had taught me how I already knew stuff I’d wanted to do and I just had to connect the dots. Nice. All realtime, shapes follow the mouse for now; can’t wait to hook this up to other inputs. Got some plans for this.

Not sure where this is going, if anywhere. More of an experiment slash exercise. Video to follow, maybe.

     Aww!

I was about to make a cheesy FlightThroughTorus thing when this happened. I usually don’t do cute but maybe FlightThroughTorus has to wait. Now, where do I have a fur-shader?
